About Stacey Duncan

Born and raised in Trussville, Alabama, I’ve spent my life building deep roots throughout the Birmingham Metro area. After living in Pell City beginning in 2003 and settling in Moody in 2014, I’ve proudly called both Jefferson and St. Clair Counties home. My firsthand knowledge of these communities gives me a unique perspective and strong advantage when helping clients buy or sell in the area I know and love.

 

As a proud military spouse, I understand the unique challenges that come with relocation, deployment, and starting over in new places. This perspective fuels my passion for serving others—especially those going through big life transitions.

 

I’m married to my best friend, Wesley, and together we have a blended family with two sons and two stepsons. We share our home with two dogs and three Maine Coon cats—there’s never a dull moment! When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me relaxing by the pool, decorating my home (which comes in handy when helping sellers stage theirs), or spending quality time with friends and family.

 

Real estate isn’t just a job for me—it’s a calling. I don’t do this for the paycheck. I do it because I genuinely love helping people live out the American Dream of homeownership.
